Returns Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer, which it does not affect.

Changed your mind?

  • You can cancel your order and return items for any reason within 14 days of the day after you receive them. This applies to sale items too.
  • Let us know within those 14 days, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
  • Please return items unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached. You can try them on as you would in a shop.
  • If an item has been worn, washed or altered, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value. For unstitched suits, this includes fabric that has been cut or stitched.
  • Items made to your own measurements or specification can't be returned unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If the item you want isn't available, we'll refund you instead.

How to return an item

  1. Email sales@hadiyas.co.uk with your order number and the items you're returning. You can also use the cancellation form below.
  2. Pack the items securely.
  3. Send them to our returns address:

We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Return postage

  • If you've changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending items back.
  • If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover the return cost.

Refunds

  • We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, or of you showing proof that you've sent it back, whichever is sooner.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method. We don't charge a fee.
  • If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the original delivery charge, up to the cost of our standard delivery option.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as you can, with photos if possible, so we can sort it out quickly. Within 30 days of delivery you're entitled to a full refund. After that, we'll offer a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
